This commercial space was retrofitted into a sales gallery and presentation center reflective of the luxury, simplicity and modernity of The Monocle, a boutique condominium project to be built in Ottawa.

This commercial unit was transformed into for RE Residences in Downtown Ottawa. Custom millwork, handpicked furnishings and accessories, and detailed graphics bring to life Ashcroft Home's vision for RE Residences.

Drake+Khan Design's provided concept designs, material selection and project management for this space. The renovation turned a dated restaurant into a modern sophisticated kitchen and wine bar, helping the restaurant draw in a more diverse clientèle.

This space features custom millwork and Drake+Khan designed furniture, as well as unique accessories and lighting. These finishes were chosen to collectively appeal to the hall's Ottawa college student clientele.

Drake + Khan Design transformed this retail unit into a space reflective of class and elegance. It is the perfect marriage of function and form. Brass, Marble, rich woods, and an ornate fireplace help portray the essence of Brookdale to homeowners and potential buyers.
